Election Integrity

California Constitution, Article II, Section 2.5:

A voter who casts a vote in an election in accordance with the laws of this State shall have that vote counted.

The integrity of our elections is paramount. The right to vote must be protected and citizens have a right to know about and observe the voting process. The Nevada County Republican Party condemns violence or harassment of voters or election workers.
