Nevada County Republican Central Committee Announces Candidate Endorsements for the November 6 General Election

In a special endorsement meeting on Wednesday, August 22, the Nevada County Republican Central Committee extended its formal endorsement to the following candidates running in the November 6 General Election:

President/ Vice President of the United States – Mitt Romney/Paul Ryan

Gov. Brown’s Tax Increase initiative – Voter Blackmail!

Out of the dozen or so ballot initiatives that California voters will consider this November is Governor Brown’s signature tax increase initiative. This initiative, if passed, will increase personal income and state sales taxes by over $8 billion, and is deceptively titled as the Schools and Local Public Safety Protection Act. It would almost be comical if it wasn’t so serious.
