Something to Celebrate!

By Deborah Wilder, on Oct 2, 2013

When we first accepted our leadership positions in the California Republican Party back in March, we knew there were a number of challenges facing us - none the least of which was an accumulated debt of over $1 million.

Eliminating that debt was our most daunting task. The prospect of facing a crucial election season with fading resources and a growing financial burden would have made success nearly impossible.

Today, we have good news on our state party finances. Make that GREAT news.

As of this morning, the California Republican Party has completely wiped out its debt and is banking money for the 2014 election season!

And we have you to thank.

When we asked for help, you were there. Whether you were donating time, talent, or money, you stepped up and helped our party start rebuilding from the ground up.

Volunteers from across the state showed up to walk precincts and make phone calls in the Central Valley. The result? We helped elect Senator Andy Vidak this past summer!

Republican activists from minority communities raised their hands and offered solutions to help our party grow. The result? The RNC listened and made an unprecedented investment in the CRP by setting up outreach offices and staff.

And because of those efforts, Republicans like you began to see renewed hope and excitement for the state party. The result?

The California Republican Party is now debt free.

But we can't stop there. This weekend in Anaheim, we'll be sharing more great news and providing the tools to continue "Rebuilding from the Ground Up," as we focus on holding our Congressional Majority, eliminating the Democrats' super-majority in one or both houses of the legislature, and building our farm team.

There's a lot to celebrate. And still a lot to do. We're looking forward to seeing you in Anaheim this week!

Sincerely,

That's the effort that needs celebration, I'm not actually a fan of the Republicans but I think they did a great job on this. Need help on your college essay paper? Visit the site.
